Why did you buy this machine and this grinder just to do everything randomly and drink bad espresso , weight your doses do a proper puck prep at least.
@@Eldred32 yeah I used to weigh but then got a feel for the correct amount. The dif between exact weight and my eyeball weight/volume was not noticeable in the end. But could have been better.
Good setup but scales are missing.
It almost seems like you are doing everything wrong.
Thanks!
😂
Density or whatever
Nice demonstration of the machine. I would recommend a 1:2 ratio for a proper espresso tho. Running a 60 second cup puts it even beyond the lungo range. Usually the standard recommended recipe is 25-30s for a 1:2.2 ish ratio.
I sold her. Hope the new owner enjoys this beauty.
Hi Dr. Brooke, I was deeply moved when I watched this heartfelt video. As a cancer survivor myself, I can truly appreciate the significance of your efforts and the impact they have on raising awareness and funds for this important cause. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your dedication and genuine passion for influencing those around you for a better world. Your actions remind us all of the power of compassion and generosity. Thank you for being an inspiration, and I look forward to collaborating with you in our shared mission to make a difference. Where is this? Its beautiful. Reminds me of Yosemite
Thank you Sam. This is in Vancouver island, Canada.
Very nice. New subscriber. Thanks.
Thanks Robert.
Love the color on this
I love how we all have our own styles. I'm a walk in with "1 back-pack" kind of guy. 1 Camera, 2 lenses, and a strobe.
I saw his website and laughed. Verticals are horrible, post processing is amateurish and all the gear shows he has a bad case of G.A.S.
hey peter checked out your website, I am a graphic & web developer if your thinking about updating your website let me know and I could give you a free consultation, I am also very interested in video/photography as a hobby if your ever on another job in vancouver I'd love to shadow you for a day at a gig lending a hand and learning.
I think ur great!, but too much equipment... even a million dollar listing here in Beverly Hills, don't need all those equipment. I shoot all my estate photography with natural light and just one speedlight.
How much is it .
Oooohhh my God!!!! Crazy dude Stuffs his own worth a bunch of shit))))
who is paying for all that??? i bring a lot of gear too and do off camera flash but how many are going to pay that much for that kind of setup?
Natural light ONLY!!!
Way too much gear
Excessive for real estate photography. The real work is in the editing.
Amazing all that gear doesn't get in the way of your shots. Seems like a lot of stuff to me. But what do I know. I seem to get by fine with an off camera speed light and may be an umbrella.
Nice video peter , whats the name of architecture photographer
I think this guy is exaggerating the process with excessive gears. As a professional I don't need all this stuff, I use very minimal gear to accomplished amazing shots. I use lights when it's necessary. I think the problem with most people is that they use lights because they think they need to. Use light when it's really necessary. I check this guy's website, all the interiors, you can shoot without light or just one bounce light. Most of the time I bring a lot of gears so the client thinks his money is well invested but most of their money is invested on my experience creating good images.
I agree.. I can shoot a house in two hours with available light. With his gear would take two days. Not enough money in RE photography for that.
Hi. Great video. Just wanted to ask, in the video I see your using what looks like an ASUS ROG gaming laptop. Which model is it? I have one as well but have been having problems with the colors and brightness and can’t seem to be able to match my screen with my prints. I have a color calibration tool but still having issues. What can you suggest?
Marcelo MyRideNY I believe it was an 17" model. I have a g751jl.
Hi Peter. I am an architect and I started doing architecture photography 5 years ago. Watching behind scenes of Iwan Baan and Fernando Guerra, who are the world's best. As far as I know, one main difference between architectural photography and real estate photography is that you do not use strobes or any other artificial lightning to avoid distorting the designer's concept. However, I see yours come out naturally as I saw in the video. So, any suggestion or tip would be highly appreciated. :)
Hi Carlos. I shot and edited this video. I'm not the photographer. Sorry.
Hey Carlos, that's actually a statement that a lot of people think to be true but its actually very far from the truth. Lights are used probably 80% of the time in architectural photography. The goal is to make it look as natural as possible yes but to counter the high dynamic range in most homes/ rooms/ buildings you need to light supplementally. Check out Mike Kelley and Scott Hargis for some great tutorials on architectural photography!
Carlos Berríos I agree. Architectural photography tries to hide the usage of lights as much as possible by lighting from a motivated source for example. It the same if you compare a low budget TV series vs a high budget movie. Often, you'll see unnatural light in the prior case, and you might have difficulty identifying unnatural light in the latter.
Great condo-it would be great for me!
You're over kill. It is for the photo school.
Please explain.
DITTO
I'm happy with it but yes, Im sure if I had more time and a crew and a dedicated editor, it could be much better. This was shot on the run, one person, and edited by me.
Very interesting.
I have a son. I fantasize about getting rid of our house and living in a condo. I miss living in my old one.
good thing about condos that far away from downtown is the low price. Having a view like that and living in Canada I wouldn't mind driving 30 min - 1 hour to get to work.
Do you have similar condos like this now? 1+den?
This was heart felt and done very well..Hope to see more in the future!!!
This is great storytelling! You guys well done@
Saba Koo Thank you Saba!

+Ali dash No bathroom. Off the balcony. :p
